This is a fine, solid vessel. Everything on the boat is operational and the boat looks nice on the water.  135 furling jib in very good shape as is mainsail. Bimini top, Mast windvane, anchor / rode, Simrad S22 auto tiller with remote control in excellent shape and very functional for hands off sailing.  House battery and starter battery with switch.  Fully appointed with interior lights that work, Garmin Handheld with cockpit holder, Interior halyards (inside mast)) avoid fouling and make raising and lowering mainsail a snap. Has bimini,   Has self tailing winches and winch handle., Head is fully operational, as is foot pump controlled fresh water supply.  Alcohol Stove is gimbaled.  Stern mounted propane grill. Has vhf radio, full lighting for night sailing, ship to shore power.  All below waterline through hulls are solid bronze, built right into the hull.

Diesel is newer Yanmar GM12 - 12 h.p. runs like a watch and sips fuel at 5 knots.    New work just done this June includes: New prop Shaft and shaft sleeve, new cutler bearing, new sleeve clamps, refurbished prop, new zinc,  New Ablative bottom pain... all at a cost of over $1800.00

Deck is solid with no soft spots whatsoever. Rigging is sound and boat sails right along many 30-34 footers with wider beams. 

Inside floor is teak and cushions and wood are all in good condition with no water damage or discoloration to paneling and teak.
