This is a classic Choy Lee offshore 31, ketch rigged,  with teak decks.  A classic boat for offshore cruising.  She has a low wetted surface, long and stable lateral plane, and she is fast and easy to handle with maximum rudder control on all points of sailing.  Her side decks are wide, and like the four deck, clear about schools to aid in sail handling.  She Carries 407 square feet of sail area in her ketch rig.  She is 30 feet 9 inches overall and 23 feet 4 inches on the water .  The boat displaces 10,750 pounds and has 4000 pounds of balance.  Her draft is 3 feet 10 inches. This vessel is in working condition but is cosmetically in need of some love.  She is regularly sailed by her owner, but in need of a new caretaker to bring her back to her former Glory.  If fixed up she would be a great classic sailboat. 150 hrs on her rebuilt MD28, boat is reported to be in good running condition.
